Woman killed in crash

PANAMA CITY — A Panama City Beach woman is dead after a fatal traffic wreck Friday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol reports.

Marjorie Parmer, 67, was traveling west on Magnolia Road in the outside lane at about 10:30 a.m. Friday driving a 2010 Cadillac Escalade. Parmer began to change lanes into the inside lane and continued off onto the grassy median. The front of the Escalade subsequently collided into a tree and came to final rest at point of impact facing a westerly direction in the median, FHP reported Friday evening.
