PANAMA CITY - A Panama City man has been arrested Monday morning and charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography, FDLE officials wrote in a news release.
Agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Unit, with the assistance of the FDLE Panama City Field Office, arrested William Matthews, 60, after a search at Matthews’s home, on East Baldwin Road, in Panama City, Fla., revealed numerous child pornography videos and images on his computer, officials wrote.
Matthews is being held in the Bay County Jail without bond.
